Tasha Outlaw is the visionary Founder and CEO of Revitalize Mental Health Center, a center she established in May 2023 with a mission rooted in compassion and community care. As a mother of two boys and a proud Baltimore native, Tasha brings both personal dedication and professional expertise to her role. With a background in psychiatric rehabilitation, she has devoted her career to helping individuals and families find the support, resilience, and resources they need to thrive.

Tasha’s journey to founding Revitalize Mental Health Center is fueled by a lifelong passion for helping others and witnessing their growth toward their highest potential. Under her leadership, Revitalize Mental Health focuses on holistic mental health services, including behavioral interventions, medication management, and individual and family counseling. Through these services, Tasha and her team empower clients to rebuild their mental health, strengthen their life skills, and foster positive changes in their lives.

Beyond her clinical expertise, Tasha is deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in her community. She organizes events like school supply giveaways, creating safe and supportive spaces for families to gather, enjoy carnival-themed activities, and access valuable mental health information. Her dedication to these community outreach efforts exemplifies her belief that nurturing mental well-being is a community-wide mission.

Through Revitalize Mental Health Center, Tasha Outlaw continues to embody the values of empathy, resilience, and empowerment, inspiring hope and transformation in the lives of those she serves.

Position: Front Desk/Office Administrator

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • Previous experience in an office setting, administration, or customer service is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant office software.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

  • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
